About Men's Locker Room
Our Brotherhood, Our Becoming
For years, UC poured deeply into women, families, and community outreach — but we began to see a gap. Men were carrying silent battles, unspoken pressure, and unhealed wounds with nowhere to lay them down. The Locker Room emerged as the answer: a confidential, brotherhood-driven space where men could open up, grow, and be strengthened from the inside out.
Our Story
The Locker Room started with a handful of men who were ready for change. They met consistently, shared openly, and built trust one conversation at a time. What began as a small circle quickly grew into a movement — men showing up for themselves, for each other, and for their families.
This was the moment UC realized:
